B) 6 Rounds:

Partner Band Resisted Sprints x 20'

- Rest 60 - 90 seconds between each set

 

Rest 5 minutes, then:

C) 3 Rounds:

Run x 400 m

Walking Lunges x 20

Strict OH Press x 10
