B) 5 Rounds of 2 minute sprints:

MB Slams x 5

Alternating DB Snatch (AHAP) x 10 

 

- Perform as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes, then rest 60 seconds between rounds and pick up where you left off to start the next round. Score total number of rounds completed.
