The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that Principal Fitness is for you, then your next step is to schedule your personalized assessment.
By offering one-on-one personalized assessments, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs while expertly creating the best program for you going forward. No cookie cutter programs here, all of our clients have exclusively different programs. Just like no two people are the same, our program recommendations follow suit. During your assessment, you will learn what dysfunction and inefficiencies are sucking energy from your body. You will also learn how to move safely and effectively while working towards restoring performance, ensuring a seamless transition into Training after graduating from your corrective exercise program.
