Take the day to recover from the week thus far as well as prepare for the weekend. You can address any flexibility issues and mitigate any soreness, tension or tightness through foam rolling and simple mobility work after a bit of brisk walking to warm up the body. For example:

-Brisk walk x 2 miles

-Find positions of restriction(s) (OH position, bottom of the squat, hip hinge) - TEST

-Foam Roll each area 1 minute (sit on any tense/painful areas and breath a few seconds until pain dissipates)









-Retest position(s) of restriction

-Stretch tight areas 30 seconds per muscle group per side

-Retest position(s) of restriction
