Happy Mobility Monday!
Here at CrossFit Lake Zurich, we are creating a tradition of excellence in fitness. Our continuum starts with mobility, then progresses to stability, movement competency, strength/skill and then intensity. This is just one ingredient in the "special sauce" that sets us apart.
At the start of every week, we focus on getting back to zero by resetting those tight muscle groups and restricted ranges of motion. If you spend some time early in the week addressing your problem areas, the rest of the week will be a lot more enjoyable.
Spend 10 minutes today, apart from your training to address your problem areas. My suggestion would be to start at your feet/ankles. In my clinical experience, 9/10 people suffer dysfunction at the foot/ankle that in turn cause a host of problems up the chain.
